8 Steps to US Education

Here are eight general steps for PhD studies in the United States. If you are selected in our Capacity Development Program, we will get you through this complex process.

Identify universities and programs that align with your research interests and career goals.

Check the admission requirements for the programs you’re interested in and make sure you meet them.

Many PhD programs require applicants to take standardized tests such as the GRE or GMAT, so make sure you’re prepared for these exams.

This can include transcripts, letters of recommendation, personal statements, and other required documents.

Apply to your chosen schools by the application deadline.

Explore funding options and apply for scholarships, grants, and fellowships as needed.

If you’re an international student, you’ll need to obtain a student visa to study in the US.

Make travel arrangements, secure housing, and familiarize yourself with your new school and surroundings.

How it Works?

Our Graduate Scholarship Capacity Development (GSCD) Program is competitive and we enroll talented, genuine and committed scholars. However, once you are selected, we will hold your finger and take you through the “Eight Steps to US Education” process to make sure you reach your destination with minimum possible risks.

Round 1:

Registration and Initial Screening

You will register your interest and submit a self-evaluation checklist. Our representative will contact you and share a detailed assessment form. You will submit the online form. Our representative will conduct a screening interview via video link. If shortlisted, you will be required to submit your documents and pay an assessment fee to enter into round-2.

Round 2:

Detailed Assessment and Enrollment

Your documents will be scrutinized. You will be required to submit sample essays, a draft research proposal (if any), and go through an internal English language assessment test. Then your profile will be assessed by our experts and a panel interview will be conducted. The selected candidates will be invited to sign a service agreement and deposit a security money.

Round 3:

Personalized mentorship for PhD admission and scholarship

Once you are enrolled in our Graduate Scholarship Capacity Development (GSCD) Program and signed a service agreement, our team of experts will prepare a customized success plan for you. You will take the necessary standardized tests. In this round, you will be assigned with a personalized mentor who will hold your finger and take you through the complex and tiring process of PhD admission and funding.
